I took your advice Luigi and reported him to immigration and i.c.e. I have not heard anything from anyone but I gave them his ss#, and driver's license# as well. To help them out I even gave them his passport visa number and the numbers on his greencard. Does anyone know how long does it take or should I get a lawyer to push the issue. He does not know I have done this and calls me sometimes from where ever he is. I think he's going to try to say I put him out, which is a lie.

No I'm not falling apart but it has ruined my life emotionally. I thought at some point immigration would check on him after he arrived here. I do not want him to be able to stay here after the way he used me to get here. I want him to leave and try to come back. I believe he will have a hard time getting back into the states. I can't stand the thought of him and his family coming, living here having a happy life off the expense of the pain it brought me. Can anyone give me any advice on what I can do next.
