Moroccan husband of mine cheating and drinking alcohol constantly in Michigan

I need advice please, I married a man in Morocco 4-11-2007, it took 14 months for him to come to Michigan, the past 4 months he has been cheating on me living for 2 months with a woman then back and forth to me only I just found out 2 weeks ago. He got his permanent resident card thru me the US Citizen, he says he is not going back to her he gave her his house key back but also his drinking beer and shots for a few hours very night at different places has made him an verbal abuser then he drives off but does make it to work by 3pm some nights he stays at my nephews house or who ever he said he wanted to work on saving this marriage but its not happening divorce is the only answer he is ripping my heart out, how do get a divorce here in Michigan when we were married in Meknes Morocco?
