same boat here !! re:my child

Sounds all to familiar!! Im going through the same thing with my estranged husband. He has been court ordered not to apply for her birth certificate and social security # and he violated everything and claimed her on his taxes this year.A child he doesnt see but threatens to take away to morocco! I wont cry and say oh why me? I got myself into this mess by believing his lies.

He arrived here in December 2009 and within 3 days he had ripped my hair out of my head and back handed me in the nose resulting in 2 black eyes then he wanted to leave.I was the stupid one who listened to the Im so sorry and it will never happen again....I ended up pregnant and miscarried the end of May 2010 and pregnant again August 2010.He has never did anything for his daughter,his first child without a court order.He asked for her birth certificate in court to add her to his family book and with his threats to take her from the country in emails and texts he was denied and court ordered not to apply for them....I had to change her social security number after he claimed her on his taxes this year and for the fact his best friend took their daughter to morocco for a month long visit and showed up at the airport with out his daughter and left his wife the same he day he arrived home...she has not seen her daughter in over 2 years!! I know I got myself into this and I do not regret having my daughter ....he has made my life a living hell the last 2 years....he wanted nothing to do with me or the pregnancy...we havent even lived under the same roof for over 2 years....I just happened to fall for the same old lines for about 2 weeks and ended up pregnant with my daughter

he lives like the USA owes his something ,,getting a free lawyer to file divorce papers and took me back to court to stop the spousal and child support ...but he was caught working off the books by a private investigator I used and the judge awarded me spousal support for my lifetime due to his abuse and hiding his assets....But I URGE you to NEVER ALLOW your child to enter morocco...chances are extremely high she will never be returned...I know all to well what they want to do with the children...to them we are western whores who can never raise a muslim child the correct way...his own words!! As much as he has nothing to do with her now...he still tells the court he will take her to morocco one way or another....its the point to him for me not to have her and him and his family raise her there!!! I know with all my heart I was used to get a visa and the last 6 years were nothing but a plan by him and his family ...Also, he was very religious and as soon as he got here he was in the clubs,drinking and using illicit drugs...it was all smoke and mirrors and I fell for it all...I should have listened to all ppl were saying to me but I was blind.

I have a beautiful daughter with him and that is the only thing I will never regret !! I WILL NEVER ALLOW HER to even visit morocco...its just too dangerous and I cant take that chance ever....Please listen to what ppl are telling you ...dont allow her to visit or add her to the family book...once she is there...she is a citizen by her father and it is hell to get her returned.....2 years later for my friend and she has gotten 0 help for the morroccan government...in their eyes she is a resident and citizen and they will do nothing to help her !! Do not make that mistake and think she is just going to see her family and father there....its all a trap and plan to keep her in morocco!!!!

Thankfully the court system here sees things my way and have done everything to prevent him from taking her from the country...including red flagging if anyone applies for a passport for her ...be very cautious....if you need to talk please dont hesitate to contact me ....I will listen and try to help you in any way I possibly can !!!!
