Hi I agree that marrying a muslim is a big step and I embraced it. But then when he gets fed up off you even although you are covered from head to foot, what do you do? what more can you do for a man? Embracing Islam , covering up, bringing your kids up strict muslims? I ask you? You are probably married to a nice man, lucky you, but you have to listen to us as we are not.

These men get away with hitting us, verbally abusing us, degrading us, making us feel bad and depressed and after working all my life to support him and his children I am very ANGRY!! Angry at him and at other people who say, that we do not have a right to comment on our miserable lives. I am getting divorced and I am still paying for it. It is me who paid the lawyer and it is me who is divorcing my husband and he still cant see why.
