They might avoid the truth

In my case, the muslim man directly lied to me about not having to convert to get married and only told me once he got me totally dependent on him. I know it is my fault, I fell..I backslid. He actually refers to himself as NOT Muslim, and lives on the fringes of the Muslim culture. This is almost a more dangerous synergy. Cutting off their spirit from God at all, and then still having the Islamic cultural elements. I cannot leave mine yet due to finances. I found Jesus again and rededicated my life. I have promised God, I am going to try to open his spirit to Jesus. Pray for me, Ladies. Pray for him.

Ladies please be careful...even if they say in the beginning that you don't have to convert to get married, it could be a lie or their outright avoidance of the topic. All the while you think you're having an honest open conversation.
