What AS is trying to say

My views on Muslims have become softer with time. It no longer bothers me that there are Muslims in Italy. But, you are missing the point. What AS is trying to say is that this kind of things didn't happen as often in Europe. Our open-border policies have invited in a lot of criminals and rapists. 20 years ago, the average European woman could go where she wanted at night, and now she cannot.
