Sounds exactly like what Egyptian man did to me

I too was severely assaulted with kicks, punches, being thrown, head slammed on concrete walls, bitten ferocious many times, choked locked up and sexually assaulted. I escaped. I had 6 broken bones, kidney and liver injuries from blunt force trauma, vision permanently altered by assaults. Spinal injuries. And, I was disabled prior to going to Egypt so he made previous injuries worse. I am now in debt financially and fled with nothing leaving much behind. He got engaged 2 months after I fled to a woman from South America. She flew to Egypt a few weeks ago and they married. His crimes against me include kidnapping, rape and attempted murder leaving me with permanent life altering injuries. I need help, too.
