Ahmed's comment really made me laugh. Sure, there's probably not a struggle for toilet paper in his country, because it's doubtful most people in his country even use toilet paper. I know from my time in Morocco. Unbelievable. And no, it's not because they use bidets instead - there's a dearth of those as well. Water heaters are also a luxury. I only point this out because it seems like most people from Muslim countries think they are better than Westerners, and act accordingly. Stay in your own countries then, please.
