I have seen Veer Zaara, and if anything I'd say it's more anti-muslim than anything. Had you observed more carefully you will see that the Pakistani fiancé is portrayed as backward and oppressive, while Shahrukh's Hindu/Sikh character is the opposite, loving Zaara for who she is rather than as a possession. Veer respects Zaara because she's a woman, not because she's Muslim. She literally runs away from her Muslim fiancé LOL.
