If I look at some of the ex or ongoing gigolos that I've known of... I can't say that any of them have done very well for themselves. They are either on the run from authorities, still hustling for a living or smoking hash/chewing khat to deal with their arranged marriages.

These types of men, I've noticed, have a certain void in them. They are never truly happy, even after they've achieved their "goal", and they are often bad at investing money. How many truly wealthy ex gigolos do you know of?

Us ladies, on the other hand, can sleep without a heavy conscience... we are free to do as we please. And have been blessed to the point where we still possess the ability to love and be optimistic - in spite of our past experiences.
