Definition of "Victim blaming" - "Occurs when the victim of a crime or any wrongful act is held entirely or partially at fault for the harm that befell them."

Yes, the women here are partially responsible for the harm that befell them. Call it something ugly if you wish, it doesn't make my statement false.
