Don't buy anything. I've seen women out there left with nothing, Caz, you'd be surprised how heartless they can be. One woman turned into an alcoholic and is still living there... it's a new story every day and yet each one still leaves you open mouthed with disgust.

Also be careful as some of them can get physical. Have someone you can call over there and write down the number of the tourist police.
