Congratulations on Your Escape!Reader comment on item: Advice to Non-Muslim Women against Marrying Muslim Men Submitted by Robin (United States), Nov 12, 2019 at 16:28 I am so sorry you had to go through this experience. We all go in thinking "he's the one," only to find out it was nothing but b.s. Once they have your heart, they start jerking you around. I wish I had known sooner what mine was doing - people did try to tell me, but I'd put it down to them not knowing him. Eventually, it was his own sister who told me to never go back when I left him the last time. I was very angry with myself for awhile, because looking back, it was obvious what a prick he was, but that's why there is the saying, "love is blind." It's been seven months now, and since he's in another country, I don't have to worry about running in to him or anyone he knows. He does nothing but live a life of scams, none of which ever work out for him. You think he'd get a clue, so I can only assume that he's an idiot. Try not to have any regrets, and don't let him jerk your heartstrings anymore. These men are nothing but vile rats. They do nothing but bring you down.
