Let's cut to the chase. You came here seeking help, his charm took over, you decided to do what you wanted to do.

I hope and pray all is well with your young man. Again, I ask, are you in the UK or in Kurdistan?
You have a terminal illness. Are you seeing doctors in his country?

Are your spiritual, emotional, and physical needs being met? I hope, at least you are in your hometown and he continues to be prince charming.
