It's Really No Mystery

I just found this comment, and wanted to tell you why this happens with so many middle eastern men. These men know what to say to "hook" a certain type of woman. It's all about manipulation. You don't get a response to an innocent question because you're not trying to manipulate. You are straightforward, and when you ask your question, or talk to a woman, you probably don't have ulterior motives. If a woman is starved for love and affection, these sweet talking guys can seem like the answer to her prayers. It doesn't help if she is naive when it comes to these types of men. My husband brought friends and family into his scheme to make him seem legitimate. Also, he didn't seek me out - I met him accidentally, and nothing developed between us for almost a year. However, once he had learned what kind of person I was, he zeroed in for the "kill." It's very easy to see in hindsight, but that's the problem. The men who do this are sociopaths, and are very skilled at what they do because they don't care about their "prey" and their feelings any more than a lion cares about a zebra and its feelings. Because these men are desperate, they will use whatever means are at their disposal. So, sir, I suppose if you studied a woman in order to con her, wooed her, and were seductive, you could probably get her. But do you want to resort to this? Because in order to be able to do this effectively, you must also care nothing about her or her feelings. I don't see you doing this. Even if you did, do you really want a relationship built on deception? These guys have no conscience. They're not interested in a relationship. It's a Catch 22. I guarantee you that if you come across a woman who has dealt with one of them, she is far more likely to appreciate someone like you. That is, if you're honest, sincere and give her lots of space. If you're predatory, she'll figure it out pretty quickly.
