Sorry for the delay while replying.I wonder why I am not receiving replies in my inbox.This makes me visit the blog every now and then to check.
I can understand ,very well ,what you are going through.It's like the fan that keeps turning for a while after you have switched it off and then stops.That gives a feeling of both quiet and emptiness.

It is a passing phase.You WILL bounce back.After all,you weren't born with him and were not going to die with him.
You are your best friend and your worst enemy,mind well.Sounds like too much philosophical advice but it's very practical.We have to deserve happiness too.Remind yourself constantly about this as also about another phenomenon--we tend to hold on to memories of pleasure.Normal and yet a painful shackle.,when the conditions change.

You can write to me if you still feel lonely and sad.However,I will prefer that you stand on your own feet and dispose off the rubbish.
