in response to reader comment: Love

Well even when I tried saying something, diplomatically. Her face turned red, she got mad and said. Mom! I am happy! OOOk. I came to visit them when they moved into their apartment. I thought, hey maybe I was Wrong in my assumptions. My daughter, former fashion diva, gained weight, wore sweatpants and pajamas on the top. Her hair in sweaty mess. Working clearing up stuff and cleaning. Himself in a white pristine ironed shirt. Gray pristine pants, not a hair out of place, showered. Male poodle. The he approached my daughter and said: "Oh doesn't She look nice?" I was barely containing a response! She no longer wears makeup. She changed herself Drastically. Every month a bit more to Come to this point. She has no friends.
So please explain, what is it that connects women that are not usually stupid, I am sorry for using that word, to this kind of behavior? You do not need a phd to know that this is wrong. Her current lifestyle is a far cry from what she grew up with. They only visit his Muslim relatives, one aunt. My daughter refused contact with us on her birthday. She got a cake from them, oh but they did not know how to spell her name.
I think she hates us and is ashamed of us which is really like looking in circus mirrors because in her mind only her boyfriend loves her? What kind of logic is that? I cannot understand this frame of mind and thinking. One year of living with a monster and everything in her life is wrong and bad.
I now decided to stay away. If she wants me she can find me. I know where she lives and where she goes to school. I am so fed up! And disappointed. I gave birth to a spineless idiot!
