Hanging in There ...Reader comment on item: Advice to Non-Muslim Women against Marrying Muslim Men Submitted by Robin (United States), Sep 24, 2019 at 15:37 Thanks for asking, Siobhan. I think I'm doing better. I have been corresponding with Keira (from this board), and she has been very, very helpful. She knows a lot about Islam, and Islamic culture, and has opened my eyes to a lot of things I didn't understand or realize before. I've come to the firm conclusion that my husband is an evil man, and I hope he reaps his just reward. Not only is he evil, but his family played along with his scheming as well, so what does that make them? I don't care how "impoverished" these people are, it is no excuse to use and take advantage of others. Maybe if they put as much energy into doing an honest day's work as scamming people, they wouldn't be impoverished! Ahhhhh! That bit about adopting a pet, I swear, that just came to me as I wrote the post. It seemed very apropos. Seriously, what Muslim man in his right mind would come here for a non-Muslim woman? This is the absolute LAST place for that! People never cease to amaze me. I hope you're doing well. <3
