You're Right, KeiraReader comment on item: Advice to Non-Muslim Women against Marrying Muslim Men Submitted by Robin (United States), Sep 9, 2019 at 08:39 When I would confront my husband with evidence that looked like he had only married me for a visa, he would get VERY angry. Then he would say that he didn't want to come to the U.S. anymore, that he liked Morocco, and was fine staying there. He said that he didn't want to come if I thought that about him, and didn't want me to accuse him every time we had an argument. Like that is something I would do! For one thing, it would have depended on WHAT the argument was about. I'm certainly not that petty. But that is how he tried to make me feel, and what he told his sister. And then she had the audacity to ask me how I expected him to react if I was constantly throwing the whole visa thing in his face. I told her the only reason I ever brought it up was because he would do or say something to make me doubt his intentions. These people are unreal. Manipulation is a career for them. :(
