Don't Do It!

You do deserve someone better (as you would say to someone else) but these are easy words to say at the moment and you probably do not want to hear them. Don't contact the other person, it is not worth it as you do not know what reception you will get from her. She will obviously have her own tale to tell if she is willing to communicate with you. After my ex walked out on me I found everything out from Facebook. I found this person who he had friended not long after he came to England that was his other half. He tried to tell me it was his sister's 2nd profile but of course it wasn't, I trawled and found out all the answers. My friend and I found the 2nd profile of his that I was blocked on and so it went on. I had to do it because I had been told nothing - this was my lifeline to the truth. Then I uncovered pictures of children - he had fathered one whilst with me - oh! how these parasites work. I could write a book. For you, if you contact her or try to it might make matters worse, cause more hurt BUT then if you feel it will help you only you can make the decision in trying to ascertain more of the "story". It hurts though as you will uncover so much, trust me. They think they are clever but they are not and it is easy to reveal the whole sorry saga on social media. One person leads to another, a few cross referrals, profiles that are not secure or private and out it all comes. Re not sleeping I saw my doc at the time and although I did not want sleeping pills I was given strong antihistamines - Phenergan (they can be bought over the counter). Initially I took 2 at at a time as directed, they helped me immensely. Without sleep you will be weaker and not think straight - please regain some of your strength, start healing with decent sleep in order to cope with this ordeal. This is going to take time.
