Lou, Chelsie cannot speak this clearer and better. You can think that as long as you have him located, all will be fine. But it is a false sense of safety only. He is the one who has control over you.

No contact is hard. But from my experience I can assure you it is by far worse to hear their sweet talking and get trapped into their web again. Only to be hit, my dear :(. Because it is what they do. Nothing else.
