You are on the way to healing. Sharing here helps and another thing you can do is exercise your mind. I started with solitaire. I regained my focus and concentration by forcing myself to exercise my brain. These manipulators break our train of thought with constant messaging, accusations and threats. It does not seem to be simple to walk away from it. But really it is simple. We must just do it. Then turn off everything and get our focus back. They intentionally try to keep you off balance so you cannot think. But we can. We can put all that energy into ourselves and cut them off. They are nothing to us but a burden and a leech. The emotions you are feeling are normal....you will see yourself becoming who you really are in time. Realize that dopamine that is released into your brain by these sweet talkers is a drug and you are simply detoxing. You are going to be just fine....better, stronger, wiser.
