Sorry, everyoneReader comment on item: Advice to Non-Muslim Women against Marrying Muslim Men Submitted by Robin (United States), Aug 22, 2019 at 15:54 Sorry if I alarmed anyone with my prior post. Yesterday was a very bad day for me emotionally, and the sleepless night that followed didn't help. Nothing in particular happened, but I had visited my counselor on Tuesday and it seemed to make matters worse. I'm starting to think I'm better off trying to deal with this on my own, because no one else can help me. I'm not terribly worried that my husband will do something vindictive to me. Whatever he was going to do (and he did) happened awhile ago. Because he did not get a reaction from me, he has left me alone. I do sometimes fear however that because I was the one who ended things, and had his petition revoked, he will try to get revenge and is just biding his time. Hopefully he has moved on to other targets, though if he has I pity them. Since I did notify both the U.S. and Moroccan embassies in the city where he is living of his activities, my hope is that they will catch up with him and deport him back to Morocco. I haven't heard anything from them, but who knows what that means. I just don't want him to continue to get away with his fraudulent behavior. Anyway, I am not going crazy. Sometimes it just feels like I am. Thank you all for being here, as I don't know what I would have done without you. <3 Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
