Reader comment on item: Advice to Non-Muslim Women against Marrying Muslim Men
in response to reader comment: Things I wish I knew before getting married to a Moroccan Man

Interesting about a wife not getting anything if she isn't Muslim. My ex has been trying to woo me back and offered to move me to Morocco and buy me a house for me and the baby. He told me he'd put the house in my name only. Wonder if that's why? Is there a such thing as a will in Morocco? Is the family entitled to anything if it's in both our names? I honestly like Morocco, but not trusting his family or anyone else in the country for that matter, has me skeptical I'll ever return. And it's a shame bc it has some very beautiful areas!

I can definitely relate to the stressful part. We have an ocean btw us and I still feel that stress. Maybe one day it'll ease up. Supporting and encouraging a man from a developing nation is alot of stress. You have to be really in love and sure he's legit. Otherwise, it can and will break you financially and emotionally.
