Sending you best wishes and I am sure a lot of people will maybe THINK about this. I agree....NEVER NEVER NEVER put his name on anything that is yours. No powers of attorneys....nothing, nada, zip.

You ladies that are here looking for answers....this lady just brought the reality to you. For men too.

That "in love" flies out the window when those bills start mounting in the mailbox. I know in the arab country I was in that "once was" was collecting money when I was put in his family book. Don't understand those family books too much. Yep....even that feels wrong to me. But half way round the world and a culture completely different I suppose it is ok...for them but not us. I hated that family book thing. He was so proud of it. Little does he know that he got my Mother's name wrong. Her maiden name. LOL. If he gets a few bucks from the name in the family book....That's alright baby....that's alright honey.... I am thinking of going to Graceland where Elvis mansion is. That song just popped in my head. My guinea pig and I are getting ready for a ROAD TRIP. LOL

Seriously thank you for posting this. You experience is a really good teacher.
