If he claims to never be married, he'll needs those papers also with the apostile stamp. I'm pretty sure if he were to try to add a 2nd wife in Morocco, you're supposed to be financially secure and have first wife's permission. Does your marriage contract have a provision stating he can't take an additional wife? And if you get the chance, apply for divorce in Morocco, maybe you'll be awarded a settlement that he owes you...
