Thank you for your kind words of reassurance and encouragement. I definitely sensed my husband felt entitled to everything because he was never appreciative of anything I did. And trust me, I did A LOT for him, while he did absolutely nothing for me. He would whine about Morocco being so terrible, it was like hell, and how much better he would be able to do in the U.S. I explained to him that while he might make more money, the cost of living is much higher here. He was actually able to save money on his salary in Morocco to the extent that he took AN ENTIRE YEAR off from work, while he looked for a "better" job. Then he wound up going back to work for the same company he left! Apparently when he went to South Korea, he did so without notice (I know he didn't even tell his family his plans until two days before he left) and because of this, his employer would not release his final paycheck to anyone else. I could tell you so many more things that went on, and unfortunately I wanted too badly to believe that he really cared about me. I mean, why wouldn't he? I was a gift to him that he never deserved. I sincerely hope that the proper authorities catch up with him at some point, or that he manages to toy with the wrong person, and I hope that I somehow find out about it. I know of criminal activity he has engaged in in South Korea (which was okay because every other Moroccan and Algerian there was doing it), and notified both the Moroccan and U.S. embassies in the city where he lives, but I don't know what, if anything, they will do with the information. In the meantime, he is using his marriage to me as a means to try to enter other countries. It's sickening. I have written many letters and sent several emails to various government officials in my country, but don't know if any action will or can be taken. I will just have to wait and see. Until he gets caught, he is free to perpetrate only God knows what crimes on other unsuspecting people. I'm sure I am only one victim in a long string. :(
