hello sorry I can only post suggestions as I do not know the current legal status of foreign nationals married to Egyptian citizens but there are places who could possibly help- for example the American University in Cairo and the Christian English speaking churches in that area.They would be aware of resources.Also simply call the US embassy ask for help best of luck cathy
