Sara, I am so sorry you are feeling like this at the moment but at least you found out before you were in too deep. Look at this as a lucky escape.

Unfortunately most people only find this site when they are suspicious or things have gone wrong in these so called relationships. Words probably will not help you at the moment but the best thing to do is stay NO CONTACT - you will have to be strong and concentrate on you, your feelings and recovering from this mess. He may try and contact you going forward so beware of that. They have a habit of coming back when you least expect it, act as if nothing has happened and turn it round on you. He seems to have done this already.

There are thousands of women who have been affected by these low life types. Rise above it, take care of yourself and know you are worth so much more than this sorry excuse of the male species. Above all be kind to yourself - we all make mistakes, these types are professionals and truly deserve Oscars for their performances. Shame on them.

You take care, you are not alone in what you are going through and deserve so much more. We doubt ourselves but it is not us it is them! In time when you recover you will feel sorry for him because of who and what he is, trust me.
