Yes there's good and bad everywhere but when it's about scamming in reference to our discussion on this forum, they are from a Mena country. It's not ALL but it's a fact it's MANY!! Having a dream to live in a western country does not give anyone the right to lie and manipulate someone who is a citizen of a western country to fulfill that dream!!!
