To Sheila & LornaReader comment on item: Advice to Non-Muslim Women against Marrying Muslim Men Submitted by Hope (United Kingdom), Nov 10, 2018 at 01:49 They are allowed to lie in their religion if it is for the good of their lives or will make their situation better. So basically they can use and abuse others to make their life better. Our God is one of love - make your own mind up about theirs...........They lie about everything to get what they want - shameful! In terms of Lorna bringing him back to the UK I am happy to report it is getting harder. For one she would have to get a Spouse Visa first and he would have to live here 5 years before Lorna could then apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain. It is getting a longer process because of "Visa Geezers" which is good. Also there are the financial implications of applying and justifying them coming here, another hurdle to cross. The question also is - did Lorna get married in a mosque which is not legal or legally in a Registry Office. Perhaps she can confirm this on here? What an absolute mess. An annulment sounds the way to go if the marriage has not been consummated if that is possible to do from the UK and prove. This is not a marriage of love unfortunately for Lorna. The main thing is getting her out of there in one piece and safely back to the UK where she has control.
