You could try Tutanota,Mailfence,Protonmail.All 3 are excellent services.You can create a password for end to end encryption.

Never use,and I am sure you haven't done this,the email that is linked to your bank account. Or any other which is linked to this bank-linked email.
I don't know how the temporary mails work and how will we receive reply within that short span of time.
