I hope that you are much calmer now and breathing easily.
You did the right thing.
After the storm passes you will be able to see the rainbows!
Like a passengers in hot air balloon-in order to go up,you have to get rid of the weights that keeping you down.
Same thing here.
You do not need shitty people in your life that bring you down!
Please take care of yourself and know that we are here for you if you need to talk.
There is a very good YouTube channel called "SoulGPS",That has very good videos you might want to watch.
