Lorna, I was so glad to hear of your decision not to visit the rat. See, already you have proven how strong you are.

Just keep in mind that your emotions will keep changing for a while. This is normal and getting mad at him sure helps. By blocking him, you will eliminate most of the temptations coming from his honey-coated, dishonest, lying, rat tongue.

Your decision is showing that you do love yourself. You are so superior to the rat, you have no idea how much. There are decent men in your country Lorna. I married one and have no regrets because he was a decent and kind person.

I'm around if you ever need to cry, rant or just chat until the pain wanes. My contact information remains the same, including phone number.
