Lorna don't go and please block block block block him!!! You need to get help with your panic attacks. All of us are here willing to talk and help you. I'm at work and instead of working I'm on the forum. I'm sick with worry. I left a comment with an email address I made for the forum. I didn't want to post my personal email on a public forum. Take a deep breathe, try to calm down. Drink sips of water it will help with the panic attacks. I work in a drs office and I hear this a lot. You need someone to help you with your panic attacks. As I said we'll talk to you. Any of us here will. I hope to hear from you soon on how you are and if you are not going to go like I'm praying you don't!!!
