But is this a joke? You're going to marry a man who treats you like last week's garbage! Lorna, is your self- worth that low? Do you realise what Kurdish women are given when they marry - everything is PAID FOR by the man. Everything! If not by him then by another male.

Lorna, what you're doing is a form of self harm. Traveling to see this man... marrying him... your life will go down a slippery slope FAST. Forget about him ASAP and see a counseller, because trust me you don't want anything to do with this man! He will mentally, physically and every way drain you!

I know life gets tough but it's a beautiful world out there, Lorna. Don't you wanna see it? Here in the developed world we're blessed with a degree of freedom - we can travel where we want, achieve whatever we want in life. We can go to Paris, go clubbing in Ibiza... listen I've been in a relationship with a Kurdish man and it was how can I put it, stifling? Every movement is controlled.. the way you walk, where you go... consider your life no longer your own. And you will start to hate him.

Kurdish women? They're used to it. But you can bet your life they don't like it.

But something tells me this is what you're seeking, that you've given up somewhat and have handed your life over to this greedy, scamming excuse for a man. Your life is yours and god's alone and you are worthy of a love that's REAL, and respectful. Dear, you may not be religious and that's fine but read the bible and the definition of true, unconditional love. Because this ain't it! Throw the whole man away!
