I'm glad it put a smile on your face :-) Hooefully we'll hear from Lorna . I hate to say this but my instinct feeling tells me he's back in her life. Normally when people leave this forum it's because they have moved on with their life or the Mena man is back in their life. I say this because how Lorna said she felt about him. Payers to her if I happen to be right.

You're right the best thing to do is cut off all communication. If you don't you can't get over the pain and move on with your life. I know exactly what that feels like. I had so much slap me in the face at once. I never thought I would survive. How's the saying goes ? When one door shuts one or two more open for you. God does remove people out of our lives and you can rest assure he has good reason. It's best to pay attention instead of following your heart.

Now I'm stronger than I've ever been . It's thanks to all the pain I went through over a period of 5 years. That's between the boyfriend before the Mena man, the Mena man, and the death of my Mom. Sometimes what feels like will kill you makes you stronger in so many ways.

I think you're a great help to this forum too. You , Lana, Siobhan, Bazoonga, Luigi, Deirdre, and there's a few others. I cant think to name everyone lol. I'm glad I chose to come back and share my experience and share that now my life is how I never thought it could ever be because of the pain I was in. You are an inspiration to others also!!! Your story gave me chill bumps I remember. A movie could be made from it.
