Please don't feel ashamed

Just want to say hi to all great advisers here.And please Lorna don't feel ashamed. I think because your mother passed away you were so vulnerable and were longing for a shoulder to cry on that you fell victim for that.It will take a while to grief over your mums passing and to overcome the grief that you feel now because of his cruelty towards you.Grieving takes time.Because of the loss off your mother you had that empty painful space that he filled in.Just cry as much as you need and then get hopefully angry.That can help sometimes too.The grieving process of someone passing as close ss your mother will take 3 to 5 years.That's why you have these extreme pain.And on top the disbelief that he was such a liar.

I wish you well and there will be a light at the end of the tunnel.Huggs and thoughts with you.
