Not sure I can get through this pain

I just can't do this , I'm do tired of the gut wrenching sadness I feel inside! All the lies he told me go o we and over in my head, I cantlook at anything without rendering him ! How do you all get through it ? I can't tell anyone as I'm so ashamed that a man duped me like that ! I'm so stupid ! I know today he is travelling illegal into the UK and starts his journey now ! He said it was dangerous so now I worry more ! I can't sleep or eat and try to be strong but break down crying ! To any woman reading this and thinking he loves me he wouldn't do it for passport ..he will do it ..he hates you .
You have everything he wants and he needs you for that only ..old young fat thin ugly beautiful ..clever stupid ! Doesn't matter just give me a passport ! God knows how I will get through this ! Today on Instagram I looked through my list of people wanting to follow ..I picked 3 ..2 messaged within seconds ..one asked me last night to marry him ! Omg it's rife please everyone reading this stay away or be like me ...destroyed and sobbing alone ashamed of myself ! Sorry rambling just so down now !
