I know an American married to an Egyptian she met online

So my very good friend met her now Egyptian husband on line about 8 yrs ago. They chatted online for about 2 years before they met in Turkey and got engaged. I won't lie I was terrified when she went to see him She came back very happy and convinced about her new relationship. She filed his immigration paper work, not sure how the cost was split because he is from a wealthy Egyptian family. Anyway he came, they have been married now for I think 4 yrs. Oh she is 10 yrs older than him and has 2 children of her own 1 18 girl and 1 boy 12. She also cannot have anymore children as she had her tubes tied. All of this had me thinking that it was going to be a scam marriage, however it has turned out not to be.
