I know how you feel...please consider this

I know that you are hurting because I have been where you are. The ONLY was to end it is to end it. It will drag on so that it will emotionally drain you. That is why NO CONTACT is the only way to heal and forgive.

It was hard for me as well. I was stalked on social media for a couple of years. Finally he saw that he was wasting his time with me so I suppose he moved on. I don't know and I don't care. The only reason I got to this place is by going NO Contact. It was a time that the mental fog and shock began to clear and I could see the cold hard facts.

.It was better for me to cut my losses and save my sanity. To have peace of mind again. What ever he did to you ... he will do to other women. In the culture there women are not equal to men and American women are dirty. They think that we all do nasty things and that money grows on trees and according to their ideology....we are here for the taking as well as our money and goods.

Right now...if I wanted I could unblock the numerous FB accounts I have blocked and look at what he is doing. But it is NOT about him anymore. I had to save my emotional health and please know that Narcissistic men feed off of your emotions, good , bad, angry and sad. This fills the emptiness of the soul that they do not possess.

I never knew that NO Contact was so important until I put it into action. It works Jackie;. And they may show up once every six months....just block. Each time you will get stronger. Use the grey rock method and show no emotion if you have to deal with him. I did not care about the money for the immigration trap I was lovingly lovebombed into. But I do care about my happiness. Peace of mind and doing what I want. I don't owe him anything. I had to make myself remove triggers...such as photos and old emails. I had to make myself NOT look at his facebook. He did try once more to send me money....he had sent a western union number. I did not pick up the money. He wanted to pay me every month but the kicker is that I would have to go to skype. This is because he knew that if he could get me where he could talk to me....he could start his manipulation.

They will wait if they see it as a possibility for a visa for a lot time. He even demanded that I come back once and gave me 15 days to do it. I would have been promptly honor killed for I had shamed them and also said some bad things about the ideology and a political figure. These guys in these countries....dang.....so different and have no soul. Also he gets no sympathy from me...nor does his family. I forgive them and I pray for them and that is where it stops.

It will take a while to recover from the words that you heard that went straight to your soul. Jackie....this was deliberate intention and we know this .....also the shock of being used and seeing them for who they are is emotionally draining.

Please give your emotions a break. Let him go so you can begin to heal.
