Right now....it is very important that you stay NO CONTACT. Block him from everything and concentrate on yourself. You are right. He does not deserve you. Close down any accounts he may have access to. Please stay NO CONTACT. They are good at throwing you into a mental fog again with guilting you with their manipulations. YOU HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO BE ANGRY, AND DISGUSTED. Watch out for those moments of weakness that they play upon. Moments when you remember the sweet words. LIES
