Hello, thanks you for responding I hope all is well with you and I hope better days for your mom. I can honestly say I don't think my husband distance himself due to my mom being sick. most Muslims I have met are very family oriented, in fact my husband and my Mom had a really good relationship. I'm proud to say since I posted this some things have changed for the better it's still a work-in-progress so I accepting all prayers and appreciating them as well. I'm wishing you the best of luck for your meeting with him I would love to stay in contact with you just to have someone to talk to who understands himself issues of dating or married to someone from another country. Well let me know if you're interested maybe we can email each other off this website.
