stay away from kurdish men

yup I read this a little to late and did fall for him.Not knowing about the kurdish culture etc. so I thought I can flirt on instagram etc. He got me on to snap chat, fb messenger and then bagging me to mary and to come to Kurdistan. I even chatted via video call a lot. He always asked me to come to Kurdistan. He has no job no money and apparently works at face book..... Asked me to buy ticket because he wants to see me, I can not believe how skill full he is in his approach.Luckily I found this forum and questioned his intention.I told him that I learned all kurdish men go back and marry a kurdish virgin. Oh my he got very upset and called me that I am stupid. At some point I really had the impression that he had fallen for me as well.He got me in the beginning with his sad story being injured during trouble in North Iraq. He has a bad injury.I think he has no money for getting married to same culture woman.Now that he has realised I would not go there because I am frankly to scared to do that. I feel very sad and like an idiot that I believed he was legit. Feel ashamed.
They think because they have a bad life and terrible experiences caused by war that they have a right to bag and teas. My comensense says to break away but my feeling of compassion and sorrow for him is ripping my heart out because I so wanted to help him.Anyway thanks for being there to help me understand what happened so I can make sense of this his behaviour. I even invited him to my country. If he really would be in love with me as he always says then he would be interested to come. However he decided only marriage would be the only way to meet each other.I am angry over that f..... up system over there. Really.
