Hello and thank you for your comment.
With time it seems like a bad dream on the back of my head.Like Chelsea said it is like the smell of the coffee but not a coffee.
We learn through our experience....
Lately I find myself spending less time on social media and more outdoors in the nature.Nature and music are healing.

I feel better because of I also cleared up the clutter out of my life:from unnecessary tasks to Facebook content,from my wardrobe to my daily routine.I eliminated one by one things that do not make me feel happy and content or make me angry (wasting my time surfing the Facebook,for instance,for no particular reason,instead of reading a good book or learning a new skill or simply taking an extra time to rest and get s good sleep),things or people who do not nurture me or make me unhappy.I no longer let myself lost in an impossible dreams or hopes that I can change things for someone if there is no will for them to get better,I live my simple humble life,enjoying it to the full.
I do not compare myself to someone else,but to myself form before,and improve myself as a person.
I do not hold on to anger and negativity anymore,and let people make their choices....Nothing literally can upset me anymore,as long as my family and friends happy and healthy.

I hope that eventually everyone who was hurt,learns from it and becomes s better and much stronger person than they were before.

I wish everyone a happy spring ahead and many positive events!
It is time to create new memories!
