Hello Itran,
I dont know him and you. But you should keep your head works well and never forget that love doesn't exist if it's just words, only proves of loves make it true. Try to stay far from this, you will have 10 percent nice and the rest suffering and doubt. They all know now that if they ask money for sure, you will understand he is not good. The plan is long. He will plays with you like he is for sure playing with other girls. Try to push him showing you you can trust him. Never stay with one doubt. Push him to explain all everytimes. Ask Facebook password for example. You will see if he is clear or not. If he really loves you, he will do his best all time and he will not make you being confused about him. Remember, a true relationship with someone who is in love with you will give you joy and happiness, no doubts and pain. If he starts being not clear for sur he is not clean.

When you are clean you want show it. When you love someone you want make the other one feeling comfortable, you do your best for this. So if you start having doubts and he is not able to show you you have no reason for this, in my mind, it means he has something to hide or he is not really involved in the relationship. Be strong. If he is not able to explain everything, I think he is lying. A really man would not speak about his problem of money to his new girlfriend. He will find a way to make her feeling safe and secure. You know this is the way for a true couple. Imagine you find a guy in your own country, he told you yes you can come for this time but I have problem with money... what you will think about him ? For sure its not normal way.
