Does sound like you would be better off forgetting about him. I hope for your own good sake that your relationship didn't go too deep with him... You are way too young, and I don't think Egypt at the moment is a safe place - especially for a young lady.
If you ever wanted to get involved with an Egyptian man then make sure that he is financially stable, educated intelligent and ambitious, and get legally married before you go to bed with him...
Take care of yourself!
