Hi Anya
Yes I like yourself left my relationship feeling damaged... I don't know what it is about them but... he carved through me like a knife and no I haven't been the same since. But you will find your strength again! I saw it as a motivator and since my breakup I have achieved more and improved on myself in so many ways. People like this only make you stronger and you really do need to be strong to go out with a Kurd because they are intense lol.
