I don't know how it is in Algeria - assuming P Kitty is in Algeria.
Cos' over in Morocco, it is a total waste of time to go to the police for any kind of help unless you are willing to offer them bribes. And then you'll run the risk of the other party offering them a higher bribe and it will spiral downwards from there.
As I had mentioned in another comment, you (P Kitty) HAVE TO plan a safe exit. Under no circumstances should you even give him a hint that you are unhappy and you are ready to up and go.
I've not seen any follow-up posts from you, Pretty Kitty and I'm a little concerned.
