I am so confused!!!

I am so confused so please excuse writing if comes off all over the place. Because that's exactly where my mind is.

I am a Christian from the united states and I am married to an Egyptian Muslim man from Cairo. We have been married for almost 3yrs. He has been in the States a little over an year, however the last couple of months he has been living and working another state due to not being able to find work in my state. I visit him and and we talk everyday, he claims that he saving money to get us a home especially since we live some of my relatives. It seems pretty simple But here where the confusion comes in.

Every time I suggest i will get an apartment or place for us he refuses, and says he wants to do it. I suggested several options to bring our family back together, and he has refused them,by saying in couple months he will be home or something else. Something is not right in my gut I feel it, I keep having dreams about him.Not to mention i feel like we're drifting apart.

Just recently my mother passed, after our last visit I get a odd feeling from him. I don't know if the fact that I'm still dealing with things from the loss of of my mother or is some truth to it. I love my husband with everything in me. I am dealing with enough heartache I don't want to deal with losing my husband.
